At the ISK we practice and promote the style of Shotokan Karate, which is the most popular style worldwide.
The ISK has Dojos (Training Halls) such as at Sidcup and Dartford, which have been Karate Clubs for nearly 40 years! Plumstead and Welling Library Dojos have been in the same premises since 1983.
Men - Women - Children are all welcomed. We do not discriminate and all are valued equally!

Christmas Dinner and Dance - Saturday November 27th.
Thank you everyone that attended the ISK Dinner and Dance. We received many e-mails/thank you texts and appreciate your donations to our Charity 'Children of Christ'
We managed to raise £900.00 which will go towards helping the homeless this Christmas.

A SAD NOTE
It is with great regret we write to inform all our members of a very sad loss. Sensei Ian Bingham 1st Dan passed away on Thursday 17th of March 2011. He was one of the original members of the I.S.K. and highly respected by all. Our deepest sympathies and prayers go to all of his family, in this very sad period of their lives. He'll be greatly missed by his students, fellow members, instructors and all who knew him.

A NEW CLUB A NEW YEAR -
Due to many members requesting another training day, we have decided to open another club across the road from the Holy Trinity Church Hall in Sidcup.
STARTS SUNDAY 6TH FEB 2011
Sidcup Leisure Centre, Hurst Rd, Sidcup DA15 9AE
10.00 - 11.00 a.m. Children
11.00 - 12.00 p.m. Adults.
(every Sunday morning thereafter).
This club is in addition to the Holy Trinity Church Hall, which will continue to run as normal.
