History

The ISK was formed in 1983 by Pauline Laville Bindra 8th Dan on her return from the USA.

At the ISK we practice and promote the style of Shotokan Karate, which is the most popular style worldwide.

The ISK has Dojos (Training Halls) such as at Sidcup and Dartford, which have been Karate Clubs for nearly 40 years! Plumstead and Welling Library Dojos have been in the same premises since 1983.

Men - Women - Children are all welcomed. We do not discriminate and all are valued equally!!!!

Purpose of the Training in the ISK.
