The purpose of training in the I.S.K. is to increase fitness and health for mind, body and motivational spirit and to build a strong character through discipline and respect which will over run into your personal life.

ISK Christmas Party

‘Eat, drink and be merry’ at this year’s ISK Christmas Dinner and Dance! This is a black tie event so, formal dress is required. The evening includes a three course meal and disco. Tickets are on sale now for £25.00 per person (aged 16 and over). If you’d like to join us, please RSVP by 16 November 2018.

Grading: Welling

Children’s Grading: 6.30pm. Please note, normal lessons will still run. Adult’s Grading: To take place on the 13 December at 7.30pm at Holy Trinity Church Hall in Sidcup (DA15 9AE) for all grades. Please make sure your membership and licence are up to date.
